what is this plant?

There's not much I can say that the photos don't tell you. I think it's in the tomato family "Solanceae", because the fruits look like little tomatoes. I thought it was some kind of ground cherry or nightshade, but I used a local flora key and came to no result. Anyone else have any idea what this is?

Those are very beautiful. May I ask where the fruits seem to be coming from? I can't quite make out if they're coming from the base of the node or from an area of stem adjacent to the node.

The fruits are in clusters of four around the nodes of the leaves. The leaves are whorled around the stem in fours. So I would say it seems there's a fruit at each leaf node.
